Our ability to be vulnerable first with ourselves, and then with others is far from being synonymous with weakness or being broken or needy, as is so often believed, It is in truth our most reliable strength in a world where ideology and lies are used as weapons, between friends, family members, and even partners.
As human beings we are a complex web of interconnection, an eternal unified field of consciousness. The simplest way to explain that is that we exist in a space in which the observer, the process of observation, and the observed, are all one. We are not separate from all that we have created, and this realization can awaken us to the power we possess individually and as a collective to create a magnificent and desired future.
We have all been there before, when we just don’t know where to turn. We look back on our lives, and remember the dreams we had of a successful career, a happy marriage, a healthy body, and they look nothing like the life we are living. The voice in our head says, “Where did I go wrong? What could I have done differently? What next?”
