It is Good Friday in the midst of a pandemic—the first in my nearly 68 years on earth. Many of my clients have heard me say, “An open heart is stronger than 10,000 shields.” There has never been a time when that is more true, and never been a time when embodying that truth is more difficult.
This is a great turning point—the vibrational shifting of the ages where we transcend death and destruction and learn how to be bold in our love.
I have been taking about a New World based on kindness and truth for a long time, and we have arrived. There has certainly been a great leaning toward more kindness, as humanity realizes its essential ONENESS during this chaotic time.

Once a year, tens of thousands of people gather in Nevada’s Black Rock Desert to create Burning Man, Rock City, a community dedicated to art, self-expression, and self-reliance. In this crucible of creativity, a particular sculpture caught people’s attention this past year, inviting them to interpret its meaning.
Every fear is a fear of the self inside, including the fears we have about the world. Those fears present challenges that are what you need to reclaim yourself as Source. You cannot be the light and hold another person or situation in fear. Facing your fears changes everything! You eventually come to see them as friends.
It’s time to both take mental illness out of those dark shadows, and understand what it truly is—-a breakdown in the capacity to remain connected to others who care. It is a form of collective trance that we need to wake up about, both in how we see it and how we treat those who are affected.
Boundaries are rules of conduct determining how you act and react in relation to others.
“You have that love inside of you, where you came from, where there are no problems, no movement, no bodies, where there is no necessity for separation because all is one…..Knowledge of that love is deep inside you, deep inside your body, underneath your self.
